Noobie -You have been riding your motorcycle for at least 3 months (hopefully more) and have confidence that you can ride around streets without any issues eg. stopping at stop lights, not stalling the bike, not falling over etc, making u-turns, etc.
Intermediate - You have been riding for at least 6 months (hopefully more) and feel comfortable enough to handle twisty roads as found in local canyons. You are mature enough to understand going slow is okay and not to try and keep up with riders that are faster than you as it will result in a crash.
Expert - You have been riding for years and hopefully been riding with the members going on the ride long enough to know how they ride.

Jerome-

Awesome loop!!!! I've done this loop many times, and in various combination. For anyone who has not done this....the stretch of road between Frazier Park and Hwy 166/33 is not to be missed.

Folks, this guy just got back in the saddle like 7 months ago, after something like 20 years off (sorry, didn't mean to age you out). He has logged something like 10K miles or so since.

Kiddies, take note....it's not about how you or your bike looks, it's about how you ride the damn thing. Jerome is the anti-poser. He knows how to lay it down.

If the 31st free's up, I'll be clicking the attend button.

sounds like your getting defensive. do you have your nose up his rear or something nobody from what i see has said anything about him or his abilities just if  they can either go or not. and 10k in 7 months not that hard i did more then that anyways have a safe ride and a fun one.

you are pointing out all this stuff about him as if someone has questioned his riding ability. and nobody has so im just pointing out that is seems like you are defending him for no reason and you have your nose up his rear. just my opinion

oh dang i got a -1 hahaha so funny

AWESOME roads. Just hit them on my way down the coast. 10 hours of riding though? Sheesh. I start losing it around 7-8 hours.

I've been reading your trip reports with great interest. Thank you Kevin.

Your Day 21 (last day) report makes me anticipate Saturday's ride even more.
