Map of the route:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=Red+Hill+Ave&daddr=Foothill+Blvd+to:Big+Tujunga+Canyon+Rd+to:Upper+Big+Tujunga+Canyon+Rd+to:CA-2+W&geocode=FcQeAgIdlqv5-A%3BFcLCCgIdBqXy-A%3BFfQ1CwIdBgP0-A%3BFXaaCwIdXu_1-A%3BFTJJDAIdyxv9-A&hl=en&mra=ls&via=2,3&sll=34.041281,-117.862701&sspn=0.997974,1.668549&ie=UTF8&ll=34.028762,-117.659454&spn=0.998121,1.668549&z=10

Point A: Start and gas station: Chevron at the corner of Red Hill & MacArthur.
Point B: Shell station at corner of Foothill Blvd and Oro Vista Ave in Sunland. Second meetup location: Be here before 10 am and wait for me.
Point C: Grizzly Cafe in Wrightwood for lunch and re-fuel nearby.
Then, to double the fun on ACH, we reverse the route.

We are avoiding the road closures. Big thanks to those who contributed to: I want to ride ACH...
a) Detour around closure on LA side of ACH.
b) The 39 (azusa canyon) road doesn't connect to Wrightwood

************* Skill Levels Defined:
Noobie -You have been riding your motorcycle for at least 3 months (hopefully more) and have confidence that you can ride around streets without any issues eg. stopping at stop lights, not stalling the bike, not falling over etc, making u-turns, etc.
Intermediate - You have been riding for at least 6 months (hopefully more) and feel comfortable enough to handle twisty roads as found in local canyons. You are mature enough to understand going slow is okay and not to try and keep up with riders that are faster than you as it will result in a crash.
Expert - You have been riding for years and hopefully been riding with the members going on the ride long enough to know how they ride.

aghhhhh so tired!!!!. After hiking 10 hours last night through the middle of BFE then riding GMR for 3 hours today I must has sleep. If I don't meet up for GMR tomorrow I may catch up to you at lunch and head the other way. The again I may just sit home on my lazy ass and punish fools online MGS4 style.

Plan this again with more time so I can kick down my new found wheelie power.
